What to Expect

  • Peace Lutheran offers a traditional, conservative, liturgical Lutheran service. 

  • We offer traditional hymns, as well as selections from Best of the Best and various other sources.  The music is accompanied by either organ or piano.

  • Dress is casual to dress casual.

  • Children are welcome at our services.  We offer Children's Church during the service for kids Kindergarten to 6th grade.  We have a nursery available for the younger children (parent must supervise their own children).

  • We offer Communion every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sunday.  If you are a baptized Christian and believe as we do that Christ is truly present in with and under the bread and wine, and that you come repentant for your sins seeking Christ’s love and forgiveness, you are welcome at our communion table.  We offer common cup, as well as individual cups. 

As You Arrive...

  • Follow the sidewalk to the entrance doors (you can use either the single door or the double doors). These doors lead to the Narthex (lobby) area.

    Upon entering the Narthex, you will be welcomed by a greeter/usher and given a worship bulletin. The bulletin contains the order of the worship service along with announcements about activities  and "happenings" at Peace Lutheran. Large print worship bulletins and coloring books for children are available upon request.

    Please introduce yourself to Pastor before or after the service.  

    We hope your worship experience with us is meaningful and that you feel welcome in the house of the Lord!

    Following the service and before Bible Study, coffee and treats are available in the Fellowship Hall.  This is a good time to meet some of our members and find out more about Peace and the ministries/services offered.
