Peace Lutheran Altar Guild

The Altar Guild makes a needed and valuable contribution to the worship services of Peace Lutheran Church.  It seeks to keep the chancel and its furnishings clean, vest the altar according to the days and seasons of the church  year, prepare the sacred vessels, linens, and vestments.

The Altar Guild seeks to awaken the response of God's people in all forms of beauty, care and reverence. By making God's house and the services of the church more beautiful, we provide the Gospel a setting that puts people in a more receptive frame of mind for worship.
